Located along a waterway near Chiba City, not far from Tokyo, this Sports Complex housed a number of functions. The main stadium, a 15,000 seat open auditorium could be used for tennis, soccer or music performances. It connected to a multi-use swimming and water play area, educational programs, plant museums and theatrettes for school and public uses.
