An alteration and addition to a larger commercial site encompassing retail office and car parking in St. Kilda’s busy Acland Street precinct. Incorporation approx 10 shops, 1500 sq.m office and 60 car spaces this major refurbishment aims to express the diverse nature of the site and surrounds.
